Ingredients
- 1 tub :ratio Protein Vanilla Yogurt-Cultured Dairy Snack
- 10 cookies (speculoos) or graham crackers
- Optional:
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup or peanut butter
- 1 tbsp fresh fruit or jam
- 1 tbsp coffee
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Steps

Open the tub and insert your cookies upright, one at a time.

Try to spread the cookies out evenly, leaving a small gap in between each.

Cover the tub and leave to chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or until the cookies have softened.

Leave overnight if you’d prefer a thicker texture that’s even more cheesecake-like.
